Three African exchange students have vanished during a trip to the Houses of Parliament.

The three Ethiopian men were among a group of nine visitors who were staying with families in Hartlepool as part of a three-month visit to the UK.

Foreign Criminals Get £500,000 in compensation!

Foreign criminals awaiting deportation have been handed some £500,000 in compensation since April last year, it has been revealed. Why am I not surprised?

The convicts were handed the money after being kept in custody beyond the end of their sentence while the authorities considered ejecting them. Considered ejecting them? Weren't these people criminals and NOT BRITISH?

The House of Lords ruled three years ago that thousands of foreign inmates should have the same release provisions as their British counterparts. How ridiculous, I suppose it's their HOOMAN RIGHT? What about the rights of their victims, FUCK 'EM, SAYS LABOUR, we'll just release them back into the general population and let them do it again!

It's the way we keep you scum under control, through fear!

They must now be assessed for parole like any other prisoner, and either freed on licence or detained under immigration powers if it is granted. OR DEPORTED? Why wasn't that an option?

Critics claim that as a result many foreign offenders are being let out and simply go on the run - making a mockery of the government's efforts to deport them. Great! Murderers, rapists, child molesters and downright nutters all back on the street (on benefits, no doubt). The LABOUR government are utter cunts!

The latest figures, slipped out in a parliament question response on the last day of term, suggest that dozens are also getting cash windfalls. I'm sure the taxpayer will be thrilled to hear it.

Home Secretary Alan Johnson told MPs that between April 2008 and June this year the UK Border Agency paid £498,897.21 in compensation to foreign prisoners held in custody beyond the expiry of their sentence. Again, WHY?????

Some £78,500 was handed over in a single month last July. Mr Johnson said no details were available from before that period, and did not disclose how many individuals had received compensation.

THE LABOUR GOVERNMENT, UTTER CUNTS! They certainly know how to shit on the taxpayer from a great fucking height!

Inconceivable.

On 2 June, in her last appearance at the Dispatch Box as Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith MP unexpectedly announced a major change in government policy on immigration.

“Requiring migrants to earn citizenship will, for the first time, meaning there will be no automatic link between coming to the UK to work or study and then settling here permanently".

Immigrants currently seem to think that when they have the right to come to work in Britain they then assume an almost automatic right to settle here.

"Building Britain’s Future", says: “we will now require newcomers to earn the right to stay, extending the Points Based System to probationary citizenship and controlling the number of people getting settlement.”

Unfortunately, this alone will not be nearly enough to stop immigration adding 7 million to our population in the next twenty years.

To stop the population hitting 70 million, net immigration must be reduced to 50,000 a year from the present level of 237,000. The Government’s current policies would reduce immigration to about 223,000.

The Conservatives are relying on a cap on work permits but have not yet said what it will be. However, even if they go back to the level of work permits of the early 1990s, their policy would only reduce net immigration to about 172,000.

Since 1997, looking at people of working age, all jobs created in the private sector have been taken up by foreign born workers. The number of UK born workers in the private sector actually fell by nearly 90,000 between the first quarter of 1997 and the first quarter of 2009. A third of new public sector jobs also went to non-UK born workers.

New jobs figures show that unemployment is hitting British born workers harder than those born overseas. In Q1 2008 – Q1 2009, the number of UK born people in employment fell by 451,000 and the number of non-UK born people in work rose by 129,000.

The number of non-UK born people in employment has risen by more than 50 per cent in the last six years, from 2.5 million in Q1 2003 to 3.8 million in Q1 2009.

The recent report from the Equality and Human Rights Commission on migration and social housing needs to be set in the context of official figures which show that the Government has consistently revised upwards its projection for the number of new households that there will be in England in 2021. The projected figure will rise from 21.52 million (2006) to 25.44 million in 2021 – that is four million in 15 years.

This means one new household will be formed every two minutes.

According to Government forecasts, 70% of the population increase up to 2031 will be due to immigration.

In addition, the largest single reason for household formation is immigration, which will account for almost 40% of all new households in England, equivalent to a new household every five minutes for future immigrants.

92 per cent of immigration has been to England, twenty times more than went to Scotland, according to new research based on official statistics. The Government’s figures also revealed that 95 per cent of projected population growth will be in England.

England absorbed some 20 times more international migrants than Scotland, even though the population of England is only ten times larger than Scotland. England took 11 times more than Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland combined, even though its population is only five times bigger.

Following the European elections on 4 June, at which two BNP MEPs were elected to the European Parliament for the first time, Migrationwatch commissioned a YouGov poll on behalf of the Cross Party Group. The poll showed that 35 per cent of voters listed immigration as an issue that most influenced their decision, above the NHS, crime, education and the environment.

Major manhunt launched as police reveal 16 of the world's most wanted men are on the run in the UK

Four of the world's most wanted criminals are on the run in the UK, it has been revealed today. The dangerous fugitives, all Eastern Europeans who have entered Britain perfectly legally, have been named and pictured in a public appeal to find them. They are among 16 foreigners who are thought to be hiding out in this country.

Of course, Jacqui just lets these people walk into our country (no proper criminal checks ) and now her famous police force can't find them. No wonder she wants ID Cards, it's actually to cover up her failures rather than anything else!

Balaz Asztalos, 25, Hungarian, wanted for rape (arrested yesterday, at least that's one).

Piotr Bielecki, 37, Polish, wanted for a sex assault. Arrested in London last year but absconded after getting bail (of course, it's his hooman right). Thought to be in London.

Tomasz Galas, 27, Polish, wanted for drug trafficking, human trafficking, fraud and sexual assault. Believed to be in south London.

Giedrus Jankauskas, 29, Lithuanian, wanted for robbery. Suspected to be living in London.

Bogumil Kaczmarkczyk, 29, Polish, sought for rape and murder. Thought to be hiding in Sussex.

Radoslaw Kawa, 28, Polish, wanted for an alleged violent sex assault. Associated with the London Nottinghamshire and Cheshire areas. Believed to work in the building trade.

When Jacqui decided to put Michael Savage's name on her "banned to enter Britain" list (even though he had no plans to actually visit), she obviously didn't think he would take it so personally. He has launched a £100,000 libel action against her :)

Mr Savage is an outspoken radio broadcaster who expresses views "likely to cause inter-community tension or even violence" said Jacqui. His name is included on the list that contains Nazis, Islamic Extremists, terrorists and killers.

I guess she needs to include "those that advocate free speech" on her list too....

He has now instructed a top London law firm Olswang to begin libel proceedings. He wants a public apology, his name taken off the list and "substantial damages" in the region of £100,000.

No doubt if Jacqui loses, she'll charge it to expenses!

Tony Bunyan of Statewatch has been warning us for quite some time that our freedoms and liberty are at risk essentially from the EU and the British Government is just carrying out it’s orders. The idea that our politicians would argue the toss on our behalf is a fairytale, it’s just not going to happen!

Try asking the party you intend to vote for what their proposals are for opting out of the European Surveillance State Project.

In his analysis of the “Future Group” proposals, put forward by the Portuguese Council, Tony Bunyan goes a long way to explain why we are heading at warp speed velocity towards a “Big Brother European State”.

The Future Group’s proposals are to harness the “digital tsunami” of European Data and create the ultimate monster. Imagine, most of what we do is electronic, imagine each network being joined into one huge databank and every move, purchase or email you write is collated and assigned to your “unique” number.

At the moment, they are working on how to make each countries system operate together on a common platform. Once they have established a way of doing that, we’re “plugged in”.

GMES, Global Monitoring for Environment and Security, is an EU initiative for the implementation of information services dealing with the environment and security.It collects data from satellites observing the earth, collates and makes this data available to security and environmental services. This is “The Matrix” and as more and more people, machines and environments are connected to it, it’s meant to assist security organisations in fighting crime and terrorism.

One of the obvious uses is for it, is to be able to track the location of any mobile phone and this is just the beginning of their heinous plan. In the next few years, billions of items in the physical world will be connected using various technologies. We already have satellite, wifi and Bluetooth. In their world, these will all be connected to “The Matrix”.

It will enable them to track every man, woman and child through their mobiles, cars or even the clothes they are wearing (unless of course, we all get forced to have a chip implant). The proposal also discusses the use of biometrics and online behaviour.

The Matrix will begin to collect data from you in regards to

- credit,

- debit purchases

It will all tie in with monitoring of public places

- airports,

- train stations,

- pubs,

- amusement parks,

- your place of work

with CCTV using facial scan recognition software to track your every move.

It is assuming that we will all be giving the state our biometric information (fingerprints, facial scans, iris scans and DNA). Don’t be misguided, this is not technology from another century, the proposal suggests that the capacity to do all this exists. They intend to combine data from different sources on every individual –

- financial transactions,

- train journeys,

- visits to a town hall,

- a fairground,

- images from “searchable digital technologies”,

- internet usage,

- social habits together with state records,

- citizen registration,

- National Insurance details,

- schools,

- universities,

- criminal records,

- tax record,

- health record,

- driving licence and motoring offences,

- insurance details

- and more which could be used to monitor and control social, economic and political life.

The creation of a European surveillance state, for that is what is being proposed, will take the EU further down the road to authoritarianism, a path which looks less and less likely to be reversible.

Just remember, these are decisions that have been made FOR US, we have not been asked, consulted or given a vote on “The Matrix”.

That means all the other MP’s (that we pay such extortionate wages to), don’t get to vote on the policy. It’s a quick discussion and then it’s passed with no voting.

Of course, the reason they don’t is clear. It would get thrown out and that would not make “The Stasi” happy, especially Jacqui, who is a complete power freak!

ILLEGAL immigrants who have been trying to sneak into the UK from France could be flown home to Afghanistan under a (not so) secret plan costing British taxpayers more than £1million a flight. That works out at £21,000 per seat for 50 immigrants per flight.

I’m sorry but how on earth can it possibly cost that much? They’re having a fucking laugh aren’t they?

Here’s the real crackup… not only will the illegals be flown (obviously 1^st Class with sugar on top) all the way home, they are also going to be given £500 each to help them resettle which will add another £500,000 to the total bill. The total transport cost could be £20 million. Of course they could just use the £500 to bribe someone else to get them into the UK.

Mark Wallace of the TaxPayers’ Alliance said: “It is utterly unfair that the French have let these people get to Calais and now expect British taxpayers to pick up the bill. LET’S BE BLUNT ABOUT THIS, FRANCE LET THEM IN, THEY SHOULD DEAL WITH THEM!

A terrified young mother claimed she was sexually assaulted by a UK-bound migrant in Calais while pushing her child in a pram. The Afghan refugee allegedly pounced on the frightened woman as she was returning from her local bakery.She said the man in his 30s grabbed her breasts and tried to force her to the ground, but fled when she began screaming in panic.

The attack allegedly happened in the rue de Garennes, close to the notorious woodland camp known as the jungle which is home to scores of bedraggled migrants. It comes after a London-based journalist was raped after she ignored warning not to venture into the squalid encampment.

Last summer, a Canadian student journalist - who cannot be named for legal reasons - travelled to the French port to interview migrants sleeping rough before trying to sneak into Britain.

In a separate incident on Tuesday, a Vietnamese migrant was killed and another seriously injured as they attempted to leap onto a lorry at a motorway rest area.

Two men in their 20s were thrown from the back of the truck as they tried to leap onto the rear trailer.One was crushed to death as the lorry reversed, and the other was hit hard by the rear bumper, police said.

Last month a migrant was struck by a 100mph train as he tried to make his way to Britain through the Channel tunnel on foot.

Police in Calais said around ten illegal immigrants a year die as they make increasingly desperate attempts to reach Britain.

Not only will YOUR data be shared amongst every single government department like the NHS, DVLA, TRAVELOGS, SOCIAL SERVICE, CONTACTPOINT (CHILD DATABASE) and POLICE but now she is going to make sure the INLAND REVENUE get access too. So, your most personal details will be available to a huge part of the population (think of how many government departments there are) to peruse, use and abuse as they wish. The DVLA will be able to check if you are meant to be driving if you have a dodgy ticker or should be wearing glasses and the Police will be able to check whether you owe the taxman any dosh when you get pulled up at a random "Drink Drive" campaign at Christmas. Your bank details will be made available to the "central database" too, especially when you use your ID as proof of identity to pay by credit or debit card. The government is hoping to be able to catch you spending more than you earn and then it will be down on you like a ton of bricks!

So, if your granny shoves your inheritance to you in an envelope or if your uncle decides he wants to buy you a car, you will have to make sure that nothing enters your bank account and that any purchases you make are in cash or you will have the taxman after you pretty damn quick. If you do a bit of trading on ebay or a couple of private jobs at the weekend to make ends meet, make sure everything you buy with the money is in cash. The Government will be watching you!!!

The Home Office have come up with another stunning campaign to catch criminals.

The "Too much Bling, Give us a Ring" Campaign has to be the biggest joke of all.

Serial criminals Matthew Clark, 28, and Stefan Poyster, 21, were pictured breaking the rear window of a semi-detached house with a crow bar. The pair, who have a history of drug abuse, admitted burglary at Bristol Crown Court on Tuesday but walked free with a suspended sentence and supervision order.

Their lenient sentences came just one day after courts were told to avoid jailing domestic burglars who are addicted to booze or drugs. So you can just say you're an alcoholic now or that you smoke pot and you won't go to prison. Clark removed a double-glazed window and made off with a horde of electrical equipment including a plasma TV, laptop and Nintendo DS. Poyster kept watch. They sold the haul to people at a local pub to buy cannabis and place bets at a local bookies.

The Conservative MP for Maidstone and The Weald, said: 'This is staggering. Both the neighbour and the victim have done everything within their powers to ensure these two are bought to justice and they have been let down by a silly judge who has released the pair onto the streets. 'It sends out completely the wrong message to criminals and is a slap in the face for their victims. 'They certainly should have been jailed and the fact they were released is insane.

'The government are desperate to keep criminals out of prison due to overcrowding and advice earlier this week to judges not to imprison drug addict burglars is ridiculous.' But despite the overwhelming evidence against them, Judge Simon Darwell-Smith decided against prison. Clark, who was still the subject of a community order at the time of the burglary, was given a 'final chance' to beat his drug addiction and given 12 months' suspended sentence. Poyster, who has previous convictions for theft and common assault, was ordered to undergo 18 months of supervision. He was also told to attend an offending behaviour programme and was given a six month curfew from 12.30am to 7am.

Sentencing, Judge Darwell-Smith said: "People who burgle other people's houses usually go straight inside" but judges have been told to bear in mind an offenders "dependency" when considering sentences now after the publication of new guidelines from the Sentencing Advisory Panel on Tuesday. Don't you just wish one of the righteous on that panel would get broken into, I wonder how they'd feel then?

I wonder what would happen if they'd tried to break in Jacqui's house. The government's promises and empty words on "fighting crime" is all cockwaffle. Jacqui must think we have a lower IQ level than she has.

If you read the "Bling Site" it mentions that "Since the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) came into effect in 2003, over £530 million has been seized by the Police forces of England and Wales. Jacqui really got it in the neck today at the Police Federation's annual conference in Bournemouth.

She was publicly mocked for running a "hokey cokey" system that "lets all the prisoners out". Paul McKeever, the chairman said "Officers are "sick to death" of seeing the same criminals again and again". He said "It's in out, in out, let all the prisoners out, in out, shake the system about".

Altogether now!

He also added that officers don't trust her any longer after a series of disputes over pay, pensions and workplace reform.

Steve Morley of the Metropolitan police questioned why so many police allowances, from dry cleaning to extra cash for working on rest days, had been dropped. He said: "Home secretary, can you explain for the benefit of my members, your electorate, why all our expenses and allowances have been taken away?" He added that some claims by MPs would be "jaw-dropping in a third-world dictatorship let alone in the country of hope and glory".

She was forced to defend expenses and allowances for all public servants, saying they were necessary for them to work effectively.

Mr McKeever said the belief that constant modernisation and reshaping of the police will help solve crime was a "big lie". He said "We and the people we serve are being failed by the rest of the criminal justice system that is seen by many as there to protect offenders rather than the interests of law abiding members of the public.

His comments during a question-and-answer session at Bournemouth's International Centre were met with a long round of applause by hundreds of delegates.

The Police Federation know that Jacqui is not capable of doing the job she is employed to do. She has little respect left and is openly being made fun of in public by the people she is meant to lead. It's time she resigned.

Surely we can can get someone competent to do the job? After all, the pay and perks are pretty good!

I am not willing to keep an army of lazy fat bastard chavs who are able to work for themselves and I am not willing to keep an army of immigrants who come to the UK for handouts. So I left, because I refuse to pay towards the Labour Partys great socialist poncing state!

Excessive human rights for criminals, terrorists and bogus asylum seekers. Victims need their rights restored. We need to have the right to defend our homes, our families and ourselves against scum criminals. Terrorists need to be put to death and those threatening terrorism should be in prison IN THEIR OWN COUNTRIES whether they face a flogging or not. Who gives a crap if you've threatened decent people? Asylum seekers really in fear of their lives should be given shelter. Everyone else needs to go the fuck home and leave the UK.

People who deny we have an immigration problem and call you racist as soon as you open your mouth. Immigrants not integrating or poncing off our benefits (especially when they claim for their family back home), NHS and education systems. Muslims especially, (sorry, I have met some decent ones), but I lived in Luton for a spell and it was not pleasant. Not only that, but the looks you get from muslim men when you are wearing something remotely sexy is enough to make you feel as though you've left the house naked. I had some very unpleasant experiences there and the whole Islam thing gives me chill. It's a nightmare that's only just begun in my opinion and governments are unaware of the threat.

If Turkey are admitted to the EU we will be looking at another 80 million or more poor, nutty muslims queuing to get into the UK legally... Fabulous, NOT!.

Multiculturalism does not work. Those who support it, live in nice surburban white villages and not places like Luton, hell, even Margaret Moran won't live in Lutonistan!

Fears of a race war grew yesterday after right-wing extremists were accused of firebombing a mosque.

The Call To Islam Education Centre was gutted in a blaze which local Muslims have called an act of terrorism.

And they claim the attack in Luton, Beds, was revenge for a protest by a Muslim hate mob against returning Brit soldiers in the town in March. What did they expect? You can only push people so far, I'm surprised this sort of thing is not more widespread.

Farasat Latif, the centre’s secretary, said: “We strongly condemn this violent Islamaphobic attack on our mosque. We believe that this attack was carried out by far-right extremists, an attack that could have led to many deaths.

I don't hear you condemning the deaths of innocents at the hands of your breathren with such anger, infact, I didn't hear your voice at all when our troops were insulted.

Detectives have examined CCTV footage of two hooded men running to a car seconds after the midnight explosion. Perhaps they were wearing Hijabs, seems to be the favoured form of disguise in the UK for criminal behaviour lately, jewellery shops in particular. I think they should be banned personally.

The attack will inflame the town gripped by race tension since riot cops broke up a “Reclaim The Streets” rally aimed at police and council inaction over the taunting of the troops. Infact, two people who were supporting the troops against the protesters got arrested. The protesters were protected by the police as members of the public became angry at their taunts. Didn't hear any muslims sticking up for them!

Controversial cleric Anjem Choudary, who lectures to Luton Muslims, said: “We don’t want to have a battle in the streets, but there’s no telling how young extremist Muslims will react.” Anjem Choudary would love an all out war, he just can't say it in public. He is the scum of the earth and is another preacher of hate and terrorist who shouldn't be in the country claiming benefits for him and his family.

A “People of Luton” organisation, which wants Muslim extremists stopped, has set up a Facebook group called “Ban The Terrorists” with 1,400 members already. Well, you know what, I want Islamic Extremism stopped and all the Jihadists told to leave the UK but I'm sure I will not get what I want, so why should you?

It wants the council and police to stop Muslim hate-mongers recruiting for holy war in the town. They're YOUR PEOPLE, YOU STOP THEM!

Jacqui Smith was facing new sleaze claims last night over her constituency home.

The property on which she has claimed thousands of pounds in second homes allowance is actually her primary residence for tax purposes.

She has already stolen £84,000 of taxpayers' money on the home she shares with her husband, Richard Timney, and their two children in Redditch, her West Midlands constituency, claiming it was her second home. She had managed to convince the House of Commons authorities that her main home was a spare room in her sisters house in London.

But after a freedom of information request, Redditch council has confirmed that Miss Smith pays council tax as if the £300,000 constituency house was her main home.

Last night, Tory MP Ben Wallace said the revelations suggest the Home Secretary is guilty of 'an abuse of the system'.

He has passed the details of Miss Smith's tax status to the parliamentary sleaze watchdog, who has launched an inquiry into the affair.

The discovery threatens to further undermine the Home Secretary's already tarnished credibility, after it emerged that she also tried to get taxpayers to pay for her husband's porn films.

It is with deep embarrassment for my country that I write this next blog entry. I have noticed that this little site has had quite a few visitors from the USA recently, I wish it were under more pleasant circumstances.

I would just like to make it clear that in no way does the British Government reflect the opinion of the majority of the voters in the UK.

Yesterday, one of the most unpleasant and dangerous characters in the UK was released early from prison. He had his jail term reduced by the Appeal Court - along with four other extremists convicted of supporting terror. They served 3.1/2 years of a 4.1/2 year sentence.

Abu Izzadeen, walked free on Saturday. His release has been celebrated on extremist Islamic websites such as Islam4UK, Islamic Truth UK, Khilafah, Islam for Life and CalltoIslam

On one of the websites, one supporter wrote: "This is absolutely wonderful news. May Allah reward you for sharing this with us."'The man is a modern day Muslim hero! Just look at the wisdom and generosity of Allah - he really does relieve those who stand up and are firm in his cause." Three of his “associates” also had their sentences reduced.

They are now free to preach their putrid bile in our country once again.

Douglas Murray, director of the Centre for Social Cohesion, said the men were a danger to society.

'Abu Izzadeen and his organisation publicly call for attacks against those whom they see as enemies of Islam,' he said.

'Their ideology not only glorifies violent jihad but teaches their followers that taking part in suicide bombings is their duty as Muslims.

'The early release of a hate preacher like Abu Izzadeen demonstrates that the British courts are still far away from understanding the very clear and present danger that this country is facing from militant Islamists.'

Izzadeen IS A PREACHER OF HATRED!

Abu Izzadeen, born as Trevor Brooks (18 April 1976), is a spokesman for Al Ghurabaa, a Muslim organization banned under the Terrorism Act 2006 for the glorification of terrorism, that operated in the United Kingdom. Abu Izzadeen is a British man born in Hackney, East London to a family originally from Jamaica. Brooks converted to Islam a day before he turned 18, on the 17 April 1994, changing his name to Omar, but preferring to be called Abu Izadeen.

He and his Arab-born wife Mokhtaria have three children. In 2006, he placed a personal advertisement on an Islamic matrimonial website, seeking to marry up to three more wives in order to father more than nine children.

Polygamy is illegal in the UK.

He and fellow British-born Muslim convert Simon Keeler were handed the same jail term after making a series of rabble-rousing speeches at a central London mosque. Four fellow fanatics were also jailed.

The defendants were all members of an extreme Islamist group known as Al-Muhajiroun, which has been banned only to allegedly regroup under a different name.

They made speeches in November 2004 outside the Regent's Park Mosque in London - at the same time as U.S. and British soldiers were fighting fierce battles against insurgents in Fallujah, Iraq.

The court heard the men urged their audience to join the fight against coalition forces and to donate money to insurgent groups. Footage was uncovered of him calling for the beheading of any Muslim in the British army and his voice was recorded in support of Osama Bin Laden.

Abu Izzadeen met Omar Bakri Muhammed and Abu Hamza al-Masri at Finsbury Park Mosque in the 1990s; this is when he is thought to have been radicalized. He visited Pakistan in 2001, before the September 11 attacks, as part of Al-Muhajiroun; he claims he went there to give a series of lectures (he’s an electrician). He also claimed to have attended terror training camps in Afghanistan.

He described the 7/7 suicide bombers in London as "completely praiseworthy". On the eve of the anniversary of the 7/7 attacks in London, he was filmed preaching to a group of Muslims in Birmingham (UK) mocking and laughing at the victims of 9/11 and threatening further terror attacks in the UK. He has openly stated that he wishes to die as a suicide bomber.

On 20 September 2006, Abu Izadeen and Anjem Choudary disrupted Home Secretary John Reid's first public meeting with Muslims since his appointment. He called Reid an "enemy" of Islam. In an interview on BBC Radio on 22 September 2006 Abu Izadeen stated that his aim was for the UK to become an Islamic state and that this should be achieved without following the democratic process.

British police arrested Abu Izadeen on charges of inciting terrorism on 2007-02-08. A spokesman for Scotland Yard said the arrest is related to an "on-going inquiry," involving a speech Abu Izadeen gave in the West Midlands area in 2006. He was arrested again in a pre-dawn police raid on 2007-04-24 under the Terrorism Act 2000 "in connection with inciting others to commit acts of terrorism overseas and terrorist fundraising".

On 2008-04-17 Izzadeen was among six men convicted at Kingston Crown Court of supporting terrorism, while the jury failed to reach a verdict on a third charge of encouraging terrorism. He was subsequently jailed for four and a half years.

I have a suggestion for the government in particular Jacqui. Why not deport Izzadeen? His wife is an Arab and he should be able to live in the country of her birth. I’m sure they would be much happier in am Islamic country!

In other words, tell him to FUCK OFF IF HE DOESN'T LIKE LIFE IN THE UK!

Then, let Mr Savage enter the country to remind the rest of the Government what “FREE SPEECH” means as opposed to “PREACHER OF HATE”.

You seem to be unable to make a sensible distinction!

A message to our American Friends.

In the United Kingdom, Freedom of Speech is for the few!

Jacqui's barred list of undesirables is (quite understandably) puzzling some people. Although Geert Wilders is not on the list he was stopped from entering the UK because of his outspoken views on extreme Islam. Similarly Michael Savage, an American radio show host has been banned for his opinions on controversial subjects such as immigration and Islamism. The list of 22 also contains terrorists and preachers of hate.

Let me just enlighten our American friends about the UK Government. The citizens of the UK no longer enjoy free speech. We can be arrested for telling a racist joke. We can be arrested for thought crime in the UK if the British Government "think" you "intend" to say something against a minority group (hence the ban on Mr Wilders and Mr Savage).

I know this is shocking and I can hardly believe how we came to this point myself but the worse thing about these "crimes" is, they only apply to the majority. If you are a minority in the UK (especially a muslim), you can literally get away with murder. The British Judicial System jumps and squeals like a stuck pig when someone here shouts "racist" or "inciting religious hatred" and if that doesn't work, there's always the European Court of Human Rights. The ultimate farce that allows illegal immigrant islamic terrorists to walk the streets of Britain and draw welfare benefits for himself, his wife and six kids (all paid for by the taxpayer).

If your car has no tax disc on it (British only of course), they take your car and crush it.

Meanwhile British Politicians are fleecing the taxpayer for millions of pounds and living the life of champagne socialists while many families struggle to pay their mortgages. Crime has risen and is now out of control. Young people are stabbing and killing each other and the police are too busy spying on us to do anything about it.

All to protect us from terrorism. Terrorism that has resulted from the illegal war that our governments have raged against muslim nations. Wars we had no business starting and wars that the British People did not want!

Because the project is now costing a staggering £5.3 billion instead of the original "quote" of £200 million (of course we can afford it!), the government has been in talks with Chemists and local photographic shops to become ID Card outlets.

"Ministers are already committed to opening a nationwide network of enrolment centres that would include mobile facilities for people living in remote areas and those who would have difficulty getting to the centres.

Ms Smith said that providing facilities on the high street would allow people to provide their biometric details while shopping. The Post Office is also holding talks with the Government: Ms Smith is meeting Post Office managers and pharmacy trade groups this morning".

GCHQ are vigorously in denial of the revelations of the publications below that it is spending more than £1bn on monitoring and analysis equipment under a secret project called Mastering the Internet.They have published a press release/statement on their website GCHQ.

Jacqui Smith announced earlier this week that proposals for a central warehouse of communications data had been dumped on privacy grounds but it seems she was lying. The Labour Party know they are on shaky ground and the hated "Big Brother" state is one of the main reasons their supporters are leaving in droves. Jacqui's announcement was a huge publicity stunt. She had said the government were making the ISP's responsible for data collection (which was bad enough) and that up to £2 billion of public money would instead be spent helping the internet and telephone companies retain information for up to 12 months in separate databases.

Spy chiefs are already spending hundreds of millions of pounds on a mass internet surveillance system IN SECRET! She had neglected to add that more than £1 billion over three years had already been allocated for its covert "Mastering the Internet" programme. Informed sources have revealed that a £200m contract has been awarded to Lockheed Martin, the American defence giant and a second contract has been given to Detica, the British IT firm which has close ties to the intelligence agencies.

The project was uncovered by The Register and The Sunday Times and will include thousands of “black box” probes being sneakily inserted across online infrastructure. The classified technology will intercept and monitor all e-mails, website visits and social networking sessions in Britain. The agency will also be able to track telephone calls made over the internet, as well as all phone calls to land lines and mobiles. A huge room of super-computers will help the agency to monitor — and record — data passing through black-box probes placed at critical traffic junctions with internet service providers and telephone companies, allowing GCHQ to spy at will. The construction is in a massive new complex inside the agency's "doughnut" headquarters on the outskirts of Cheltenham.

I am heartily sick of bending over backwards for minorities. Today in the Kilburn Times "Bid to get minority women into politics".Camden Council is to set up a partnership between councillors and Black, Asian and minority women (BAME), it's the first of it's kind in the country.

The whole country is abound with minority group associations yet if I set up a "Bid to get White and Jewish Women into Politics Group", I would probably be arrested for being racist!

These stupid equality bills, groups and policies seriously have to go. Why should women and/or minorities be given unearned positions or extra help at all? If you are not determined or intelligent enough to work your way up yourself, I'd consider you undeserving. I have never expected or been given any special treatment and have managed pretty well on my own!

The whole of the UK is geared towards kicking "the average white man", in the teeth and saying, "You are last in the queue"

Waheed Ali (25) aka Shipon Ullah from Bangladesh aged 3 and brought up by foster parents after his died. In 2001 after visiting the Iqra bookshop and borrowing videos of muslims being killed in Bosnia, he started practising his religion and dreaming of fighting a jihad. Later that year he would attend a training camp in Pakistan with MOhammad Sidique Khan and would get within a mile of the Taliban front line against the North Alliance in Afghanistan.

Sadeer Saleem (28) met Mohammad Sidique Khan when he was 14 at a Youth Club that Khan helped run. The pair, together with Whaeed Ali, Shehzad Tanweer planned to travel to Pakistan together.

Mohammed Shakil (32) Kashmir born was a close friend of Mohammad Sidique Khan. In 2003 he had travelled to Pakistan with Khan and attended a training camp.

Two of them were convicted of : conspiracy to attend a place used for terrorist training(?).

They were cleared of helping the July 7th bombers choose their targets. Ali, Saleem and Shakil who spent two days in December 2004 in London with the bus bomber, Hasib Hussain, and were joined there by another of the attackers, Jermaine Lindsay, who killed 26 people on a Piccadilly line underground train had denied the charges and said they were on a sightseeing trip.

They are the only people to be charged over the attacks which sparked the biggest criminal investigation in British history. The scale of the investigation was immense, with more than 37,000 exhibits forensically examined and 4,700 telephones seized, producing more than 90,000 numbers requiring analysis. Also, 24,000 people needed to be traced, interviewed and eliminated. The prosecution alleged they conducted a "hostile reconnaissance" of potential targets during a two-day visit, claiming it was "an important first step in what was, by then, a settled plan to cause explosions in the UK". Detailed "cell site analysis" of mobile phone use, including calls to the London Tourist Board and various attractions, allowed the group's movements across London to be mapped.

Survivors of the attacks and family members of those who died said the verdicts strengthened the case for an independent inquiry into the bombings, and whether they could have been prevented. These charges would not have been brought unless both the police and the prosecution were satisfied that there was significant evidence implicating the defendants in the preparation of the 7/7 attacks.

Presumably, these surveillance techniques to fight terrorism, is why Jacqui Smith wants to extend the governments' access to our personal data. She also thinks it's acceptable as long as the government isn't storing this data all in one place, so she wants the ISP's to do the Stasi's dirty work for them. She said the Government had rejected the idea of a centralised database because it would impinge on privacy. The Government is therefore consulting on a range of "middle way" options that seek to balance the rights to privacy and security. These options are all based on the model for collecting and retaining data that exists today: the communications service provider would collect the data and store it and allow access by the authorities on a case-by-case basis under RIPA. All the data would therefore continue to be distributed around and held by different communications providers.

As a first step, the Government would legislate to ensure that all the data that public authorities might need, including the third party data (from overseas communications), is collected and kept in the UK. Communications service providers based in the UK would therefore continue to collect and retain communications data relating to their own services but also collect and store the additional third party data crossing their networks. This would therefore include communications data which does not come under the scope of the EU Data Retention Directive.

All the data retained by the communications service providers would continue to be accessible on a case-by-case basis to public authorities, subject to the same rigorous safeguards that are now in place"

The lack of proportionality shown by the "Town Hall Stasi" and various Counter-Terrorism units abusing their RIPA and Data Protection Act powers, is not a "rigorous safeguard". (The same rigorous safeguards that allow the smoking, fat, dustbin, dog shit police to hassle us using "counter terrorism" laws).

Remember that, unlike most other civilised countries, there is no independent judicial warrant required for access to this Communications Data, only self authorisation by officials within the organisations demanding the data. (One could at least have hoped that they would have to put their evidence in front of a judge before poking their noses into our business).

My Question to Jacqui Smith is, with all these technical resources, manpower (11 forces) and taxpayers money (100 million quid so far) at your fingertips, your forces still didn't have enough evidence to enable you to prove whether these men had been accomplices or not.

What on earth makes you think that prying into a 1,000 facebook sites or randomly scanning millions of communications and invading private citizens freedom in a democracy (WHO YOU SERVE), will make any difference to one of your "operations?"

The mayor of Calais has criticised Britain's enormous state handouts to asylum seekers and says she is so disgusted with the British Government she refuses to have any meetings with their representatives now. She blames the UK for imposing migrants on her town and she says it's costing the local economy millions. The report says that Mrs Bouchard (the mayor) says asylum seekers have to wait at least 6 months to claim asylum and benefits in France but because Britain will house, feed, clothe and school them immediately, they prefer not to wait. Sir Andrew Green, chairman of MigrationWatch UK, said: ‘Gallic logic has reached the inescapable conclusion that Britain is a soft touch for asylum seekers. ‘You only have to say the word asylum and you have an 80 per cent chance of staying in Britain, more often than not illegally.’

Phil Woolas and Labour continually make empty promises of controlling immigration for fear of the electorate joining the BNP, but these are all empty promises and immigration continues to damage the British economy and is damaging race relations between existing migrants and the indigenous population.

The Telegraph has found that failed asylum seekers are winning the right to stay in Britain because of "shambolic" failings in the immigration hearing system. Hundreds of appeal hearings are going ahead without a representative from the Home Office to defend its original decision to deny asylum. Immigration lawyers admitted that the situation is helping their clients to win cases they might otherwise have lost. The disclosure could help explain why the percentage of asylum seekers winning their appeals has risen from 17 per cent in 2005 to 25 per cent for the third quarter of 2008.

A recent study carried out by Migrationwatch UK says "There is mounting evidence that immigration has had a negative effect on wages at the lower end of the UK labour market. There is also developing evidence of a negative impact on the employment of the UK born workers. ‘The body of evidence on this subject is growing and seems to point in one direction, The first quarter of 2005 and the last quarter of 2008 the number of UK born, aged 16 and over, in employment fell by about 230,000 while the foreign born increased by nearly one million. Thus the large scale immigration of recent years has clearly done nothing to help the low paid and it may very well be affecting their chances of employment.

There are now worrying signs that UK born employment is falling while that of foreign born is rising. In the most recent 12 months to October-December 2008 employment of UK born workers fell by 278,000 (1.1%) while employment of non-UK born workers rose by 214,000 (6.0%). Analysis by nationality gives an even stronger effect; it shows a fall in employment of UK nationals by 234,000 (0.9%) and a rise in employment of non-UK nationals of 175,000 (7.9%). ‘Immigration on this scale during a period of severe recession could turn out to have a significant impact on the employment of UK natives or nationals,

Err... why? You obviously have no control over how many come in on Student visas registered for bogus college courses. Government figures showed 42,292 student visas were issued to Pakistani students between April 2004 and April 2008. That's on average 10,000 a year and you expect any intelligent person to believe that 10,000 students from Pakistan alone are studying in the UK at any one time?

An investigation by The Times, in the wake of last week's arrests over a suspected terror plot, revealed that a set of documents could be obtained for less than £100 by anyone seeking to support their application to study in the UK. As concerns grew about the screening processes that allowed 11 of the 12 bomb suspects to enter Britain, self-styled "immigration consultants" in Pakistan are hard at work trying to beat the system.

One said he could provide a convincing certificate from a Pakistani university for £100 on a while-you-wait basis. A corrupt "cottage industry" has grown up to serve a huge market in young men desperate to find a way of working overseas in the Gulf, North America and Europe, with Britain the favourite destination of course. Terrorists can also, however, take advantage of any lax checking procedures. Doctors are coercing people not to opt out of its controversial programme of uploading all patient health details to a massively interconnected database system. This will mean that your most private health details will be available to all and sundry who work within the NHS structure and perhaps beyond.

Imagine, personal medical data (including details of mental illness, abortions, pregnancy, drug taking, alcohol abuse, fitting of colostomy bags etc etc) are to be uploaded to a central NHS database regardless of patients’ wishes.

There have been many studies made including one by Paul Thornton, who runs a GP practice near Birmingham. He says the “Spine” is dangerous and unnecessary. “A national database is not essential.. other mechanisms exist for the sharing of relevant information between directly involved health professionals…without the need to leave a copy of the information on the nationally accessible database”. He also questions the legality of the database. (media release pdf)

The Daily Mail are reporting that once your record is on the National Database, you will not (under any circumstances) be allowed to have it removed.

The system was rolled out on an “implied consent” model, which is basically an “opt out”. If your Doctor or Medical Centre have not yet informed you of your right to opt out, I suggest you do so if you are not happy with being on the database.

Lastly, the legality of this database is in question : The Data Protection Act exemptions are as follows :

Exemptions

The Act is structured such that all processing of personal data is covered by the act, while providing a number of exemptions in Part IV.[1] Notable exemptions are:

Section 28 - National security. Any processing for the purpose of safeguarding national security are exempt from all the data protection principles, as well as Part II (subject access rights), Part III (notification), Part V (enforcement), and Section 55 (Unlawful obtaining of personal data).

Section 29 - Crime and taxation. Data processed for the prevention or detection of crime, the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, or the assessment or collection of taxes are exempt from the first data protection principle.

Section 36 - Domestic purposes. Processing by an individual only for the purposes of that individual's personal, family or household affairs is exempt from all the data protection principles, as well as Part II (subject access rights) and Part III (notification).

I do not see what the state of my health or anyone else’s has to do with National Security or prevention or detection of crimes or taxation and I therefore consider this move by the Government against my human rights and unlawful under the Data Protection Act.

It's entitled "We are about to take the war against terror to a new level". If you want to be bored by the usual "new threat and fear speech", go ahead and read it but as far as I am concerned, nothing has changed, we remain, as always open, to terrorism if the government doesn't tackle it at a local level.

If that is so, why weren't the protesters at Luton arrested? Why has Sharia Law become part of some Family Courts and why are clerics still preaching and funding extremism and hate?

It just doesn't make sense, even to the less politically minded of us. We must assume that this update is not what it seems. It may encompass these "empty" points but the real nitty gritty will be in the Civil Disorders Contigencies Act which will ensure that YOUR freedom is curtailed under the threat of terrorism.

One of the reasons for the Tuesday release is of course the G20 where they are expecting their much publicised "summer of rage" to begin.

We will see how they handle the expected demonstrations by various groups that turn up and the preparations they are making for it!

Still worse, last night exiled preacher of hate (we got ONE out at least) Omar Bakri Mohammed was allowed to address a public meeting and warn of fresh terror attacks on Britain! He spoke from Lebanon by phone to a meeting in an East London Hotel and still the government declines to comment or do something.

I'm beginning to think they're hoping for an islamic attack to implement a series of ominous laws which will no doubt include curfews, stop and search, extra police, the British Army and also provides them with the perfect excuse to rush ahead with their all their surveillance and database schemes.

Govt fails to shut down one extremist website in two years

Stopping extremist websites operating was one of the measures unveiled by Mr Blair in the aftermath of the 7 July suicide bombings in London in 2005. Although the powers were enshrined in law with the Terrorism Act 2006, the Home Office has now admitted that not a single website has been shut down in the past two years.

Under Section 3 of the legislation, a police officer can order that "unlawfully terrorism-related material is removed or modified within two working days". However, Vernon Coaker, a Home Office minister, said: "The preferred route of the police is to use informal contact with the communication service providers to request that the material is removed. "To date no Section 3 notices have been issued as this informal route has proved effective."

So, the Govt is scared to order them shut, they're probably funding them!

Both the news items below are from today's Times. To me, they illustrate one of the problems we are facing in the United Kingdom. We have lived through our days of tribal barbarism and are not prepared for the customs and atrocities that these backwardly social immigrants bring to our shores. With them they bring their lesser value for life, they bring crime, violence and corruption. It is not their fault, it is the way they are used to living!

There is no place for these people in our society. These people have "uncivilised" our way of life. They have no concept of honour or decency. The Somali's rip people off from Africa, why should they behave any differently when they arrive in the UK? Islamists subjugate women in their countries, they are doing it in the UK too! The savages we have allowed into the UK are used to eking a life through crime and that is what they are doing in our country. The gangs on our streets that kill each other on a regular basis are tribal. This is about tribal, primitive behaviour, behaviour that we had all but lost. Barbarians do not know how to treat women, children or each other in the 21st Century. It's like giving a gun to someone who is used to throwing a spear!

After the Drapers Arms outcome where the "The Information Commissioner's Office intervened, writing to the Metropolitan police to warn that the blanket introduction of CCTV in pubs "raised serious privacy concerns".

Adam Fowle, the landlord of the Doctor Johnson has the cameras installed but he has switched them off! Good man. he says "My regulars have a right to a bit of a break when they come for a pint down their local, People want to be able to come in here and relax with their friends without being spied on by God knows who."

The Doctor Johnson, is one of hundreds caught up in the row over the use of CCTV in pubs.

"It seems that several police forces are opposing licence applications by landlords who refuse to install security cameras to record their customers' movements"

Police forces in Northampton, Essex and London have this policy. Some landlords seem happy with the CCTV, which is their choice of course but it certainly should not be compulsory and patrons must be informed they are being filmed.

Personally, I think there's enough spying going on.

Ibrahim Mousawi denied Visa

You may remember back in February, Ibrahim Mousawi was due to speak to some students on the 25th March. Pauline Neville-Jones, the Shadow Security Minister wrote to Jacqui to remind her that he is a known extremist with links to Hezbollah. He was today denied a visa to enter Britain. Ms Smith ruled that his presence would not be conducive to the public good.

The Landlord of The Drapers Arms in Islington wrote a letter to The Guardian back in February. He was pretty gobsmacked as he was told by the metropolitan police that as a condition of them granting his license he would have to have CCTV installed. Further to the installation he had to agree to hand over at any time he was asked, recordings of his patrons to them.

BT, Carphone Warehouse and Virgin Media are believed to be signing up with a company called Phorm. Phorm is a technology that will track your surfing habits and adjust the adverts you see to suit your interests (after they've spied on you for a while of course).

Bagged in with the deal is of course your ISP rights to sell the data they collect and let Phorm access it. Phorm will of course sell all your personal information to the highest bidder.

You have two choices here : change your ISP or you should be offered an "OPT OUT." Your ISP may tell you that opting out is not advised as the Phorm technology, which is misleadingly called "Open Internet Exchange" will protect you from scammers and ID thieves.

What is it with Jacqui and databases. Perhaps she should just go back to university, get herself an IT degree and then do Oracle Database Adminstrators Training!

Of course, this is more about Jacqui's constant struggle to get us all catalogued and neatly pigeon holed so the government can pluck us out for some misdemenour when they want to.

Jacqui... please. If someone is a husband or wife beater why not just give them a criminal record for the crime? If someone beats the living crap of a woman, thats assault and therefore an arrestable offence!

Now she wants a national register of known abusers so you can check to see if your future partner (whom you might marry one day), is prone to being an abuser... come on... get real.

You can't even protect our children against paedophiles! What's next? A register for those people who constantly litter? I suppose then "with a primary unique number" you could cross reference us all and merge us into your giant ID database along with all the other private details that belong to US!

In addition, what protection do people have for falsely being added to your database (with DNA and/or ovum/sperm sample no doubt?). We can't even rely on you to have our DNA removed from the criminal database when we are found not guilty, you will even fight the European Court of Human Rights to deny us our rights!

Prisoners who have been released early are being compensated for the loss of their comfortable cells. It seems our prisons are so comfortable that the dumps the "ex cons" are going back to don't compare! Add in the fact that they have three hot meals a day, free heating, leisure facilities and a drug dealer constantly on site if they feel like chillin' in the evening in front of their taxpayer funded Playstations.. you can see why they would feel cheated.

The taxpayer-funded handouts have been made under a controversial scheme to cut overcrowding in Britain's prisons.

In addition, the British Public know whats going to happen now... he'll cost the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of pounds in legal fees to sue the British Government. He'll probably get millions in compensation, film and book rights, British Citizenship and a live in luxury for the rest of his life while tens of thousands of them can't find work to feed their families.

Now let's be clear about this.... He would have no compunction, not an ounce of guilt or conscience about the human rights of the people he was willing to blow up, maim and murder.. the man is a TERRORIST! WE ARE NOT STUPID!

I wish they hadn't tortured him either but not for the usual reasons... if they hadn't have tortured him, we could have got rid of him by now and with any luck he'd have blown himself up somewhere in a unfortunate accident or got himself shot while he was trying to murder someone else.

"I am sick of hearing Mr Mohamed refered to as British. He is not British. He seeked asylem in Britain and was granted temporary residency in Britain. He decided to leave Britain for Afghanistan, a country that Britain and the US are at war with, against terrorism. Now he is accusing the British of selling him out ! Yet he wants to stay in Britian, no doubt expecting a massive payout in compensation, because of the actions he decided to take.

I wonder who will pay for that ? The British !! What about the Human Rights and Reprieve, what about the Human Rights of the British. Who is housing him, feeding him, paying for him, Oh Yes, the British !! Get it right and GET HIM OUT. He is abusing the British and I am fed up with it. Britain has become the dustbin of the world.
