Crime DOES pay!

The Home Office have come up with another stunning campaign to catch criminals.

The "Too much Bling, Give us a Ring" Campaign has to be the biggest joke of all. 

Walking down the street wearing way too much jewellery might spur a call to the fashion police if you look like "medallion man" but an initiative by the Government in inconjunction with Gloucestershire Police goes further than that. If you notice that your neighbour has suddenly acquired a ferrari or is wearing diamond studs in this teeth, then you must report him to the police. "In the current time of financial uncertainty, those who live a lavish lifestyle with no discernable, legitimate income become even more apparent," said Gloucestershire's Chief constable Dr. Timothy Brain (doesn't live up to his name).

Ann Widdecombe said "Is this a joke? If the police spent half as much time tackling crime and getting out on the beat as they do coming out with this ridiculous stuff, we'd all be better off", tell 'em Ann! 

Jacqui just loves to get us spying on each. It's great for community spirit, a bit like killing the pubs by making them non smoking. The idea is, to separate us. If we don't speak to each other then we can't discuss how crap the government is and plot against it... divide and conquer.

We know, and the Police know, that reporting anything is unlikely to get a conviction. Even Paul McKeever, the chairman at the Police Federations Annual Conference told Jacqui Smith, "We and the people we serve are being failed by the rest of the criminal justice system that is seen by many as there to protect offenders rather than the interests of law abiding members of the public". It must be frustrating for the police to arrest the same trash week in, week out and the judicial system shrugs it's shoulders, gives them a telling off and let's them out to rob some other poor bastard. It's pretty much the same with illegal immigrants on the "UK Border Force" programme, the Police arrest them and the next minute they're walking the streets again on a promise to report weekly. Yeah Right!

I digress,  take this story in the Daily Mail for instance : 

It doesn't really matter what we, the public do to protect ourselves and our homes, the criminal doesn't pay for his crime. Of course, if I wielded a gun and shot someone in the leg for trying to break in my house, you can bet your life I'd be straight in doing time and the criminal would probably get compensation too! 

This family couldn't have given the court anymore proof than a photograph of the criminals caught in the act of breaking in their next door neighbours house and the court still let them go. Serial criminals Matthew Clark, 28, and Stefan Poyster, 21, were pictured breaking the rear window of a semi-detached house with a crow bar. The pair, who have a history of drug abuse, admitted burglary at Bristol Crown Court on Tuesday but walked free with a suspended sentence and supervision order.

Their lenient sentences came just one day after courts were told to avoid jailing domestic burglars who are addicted to booze or drugs. So you can just say you're an alcoholic now or that you smoke pot and you won't go to prison. Clark removed a double-glazed window and made off with a horde of electrical equipment including a plasma TV, laptop and Nintendo DS. Poyster kept watch. They sold the haul to people at a local pub to buy cannabis and place bets at a local bookies.

The Conservative MP for Maidstone and The Weald, said: 'This is staggering. Both the neighbour and the victim have done everything within their powers to ensure these two are bought to justice and they have been let down by a silly judge who has released the pair onto the streets. 'It sends out completely the wrong message to criminals and is a slap in the face for their victims. 'They certainly should have been jailed and the fact they were released is insane. 

'The government are desperate to keep criminals out of prison due to overcrowding and advice earlier this week to judges not to imprison drug addict burglars is ridiculous.' But despite the overwhelming evidence against them, Judge Simon Darwell-Smith decided against prison. Clark, who was still the subject of a community order at the time of the burglary, was given a 'final chance' to beat his drug addiction and given 12 months' suspended sentence. Poyster, who has previous convictions for theft and common assault, was ordered to undergo 18 months of supervision. He was also told to attend an offending behaviour programme and was given a six month curfew from 12.30am to 7am.

Sentencing, Judge Darwell-Smith said: "People who burgle other people's houses usually go straight inside" but judges have been told to bear in mind an offenders "dependency" when considering sentences now after the publication of new guidelines from the Sentencing Advisory Panel on Tuesday. Don't you just wish one of the righteous on that panel would get broken into, I wonder how they'd feel then?

I wonder what would happen if they'd tried to break in Jacqui's house. The government's promises and empty words on "fighting crime" is all cockwaffle. Jacqui must think we have a lower IQ level than she has.

If you read the "Bling Site" it mentions that  "Since the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) came into effect in 2003, over £530 million has been seized by the Police forces of England and Wales. I can only assume that because there's no money in it for the government, a couple of cunts breaking into your house don't count as being criminals as they'll get nothing out of it, cash wise. It's only your stuff after all!

It could so easily apply to our MP's and the fortunes they have amassed with ripping of the taxpayer. So, if your neighbour is walking around like Mr or Mrs T. please report them!
